She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas McIntosh and Carolyn Jackson McIntosh; her stepmother Barbara McIntosh; her stepbrother Eddie; and her sister Bonnie.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Lindquist (Bradley); her former husband Barry Davis of Scottsville, KY; her sister Marsha Sue Murphy of Nobelsville, IN; her stepsisters, Donna McCormick of Indianapolis, IN and Jewell Sullivan; her sister Debbie Chapman of Indianapolis, IN; and her grandchildren, Jayleigh Davis, Kaydence Davis and Braylynn Lindquist.
