It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Beach of Franklin, Kentucky, born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, who passed away on October 29, 2020, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Earl Browning and Ellen Ann Caudill Browning; her daughter Allison Lei Starks; her brother Richard Earl Browning; and her husband William "Bill" Lester Beach.
She is survived by: her son Scott Starks of Auburn, KY; her granddaughter Emma JoLei Starks of Auburn, KY; her niece Amy Dobbs of Owensboro, KY; and her friend Sheila Wilson.
