He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Allen Biggs and Frances Biggs Lloyd (Turner); his daughter Sonya Biggs Doerr; and his brother Larry Allen Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Bettie Biggs; his son Kelly Biggs (Holly) of Franklin, KY; his grandsons, Blake Biggs (Maggie) of Bowling Green, KY and Spencer Doerr of Newport Beach, CA; his great grandchild Asher Pierce Biggs; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Thurman, Ann Fleming and Linda Turner.
