With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles Belcher (Franklin, Kentucky), who passed away on May 20, 2019 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Kenneth Belcher and Joyce Bray. He is survived by: his siblings, Alice Ruley of Franklin, KY, Mildred Holland (Tony) of Bowling Green, KY and James R. Belcher of Bowling Green, KY. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
