She was predeceased by: her mother Virgie Lee Holland Briggs; and her brother James Gordon Briggs. She is survived by: her husband Charles H. Hogan; her daughter Demetria Adams; her siblings, Deborah Harris (Dennis), Gary Briggs and Troy Briggs, Sr. (Katie Rainge-Briggs); her mother-in-law Carmen Megill; her cousin Larry Briggs; and also, Sharnell, Zhanae, Troy Briggs Jr., Nancy Clay and Pat Briggs. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews and cousins.
