He was predeceased by: his brother Brian Perkins; and his stepfather Bob Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Mary Sullivan Perkins; his children, Jarred Jasper of Franklin, KY, Travis Anderson of Franklin, KY and Joey Mosley (Jessica) of Franklin, KY; his siblings, Shelly Clegg of South Carolina, Stacey Anderson of Jacksonville, FL and Randy Perkins of Richmond, IN; his grandchildren, Catylin Allen, Sadie Mosley, Sierra Mosley and Noah Mosley; and his great grandchildren, Zoey and Blake. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
