She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnett Lee Carter and Clara Mae Carter (Faulin); and her husband Harold C. Jernigan. She is survived by: her children, Tom Jernigan of Franklin, KY, Lucy Jernigan of Franklin, KY, Joe Jernigan (Pat) of Franklin, KY and Ben Jernigan of Dawson Springs, KY; and her grandchildren, Jerry Jernigan (Brandy), Amy Hargrove, Katelyn Jernigan, Kellie Jo Nealy (Devin), Huston Jernigan and Jake Jernigan. She is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
