She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Irvin Hampton and Imogene Clare Hampton (Eastland); her sisters, Amanda Guelda (Hampton) and Helen Huddleston (Hampton); and her grandson Brent Whitson.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Dean Burton; her children, Jeff Mandrell (Fran), Jeanette Scherencel (Tobin), Mark Mandrell (Valerie), Cindy Logan (John), Melody Jenkins (Scott) and Teresa Murphy (Dan); her grandchildren, Marissa Barrett (Mandrell), Lauren Mandrell, Clare Purcell, Madden Purcell, Andrew Scherencel, Amber Dorn (Scherencel), Jeffrey Mandrell, Scott Mandrell, Andy Mandrell, Amanda Whitson, Sarah Goldstein (Logan), Jenny Logan, David Logan, Beth Jenkins, Bryson Jenkins, Madison Jenkins and Tanner Murphy; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Bennett and Charleigh.
