She was predeceased by: her father Steven Ken Frye Sr.; her daughter Autumn Faye Benshoff; and her grandparents, Bobby Frye, Jo Nell Adcock and Charles Ellis Adcock.
She is survived by: her children, Trey Allen Benshoff of Franklin, KY, Summer Jade Benshoff of Franklin, KY and Caleb Bradley Benshoff of Franklin, KY; her mother Reba Collins (Tom) of Auburn, KY; her siblings, Steven Frye (Tarra) of Franklin, KY and Amy Ferrell (Chris) of Franklin, KY; her close friend Doug Jenkins of Franklin, KY; her nephew CJ Ferrell of Franklin, KY; her aunts, Kathy Atteberry of Gallatin, TN, Sandy Robertson (Mike) of Mason City, IL and Sonya Quednow; and her grandmother Betty Griffin of Lincoln, IL.
