He is survived by: his children, Arielle Starks of Franklin, KY and Brayden Starks of Auburn, KY; his grandchildren, Aniyah Dodd and Xander Dodd; and his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Starks of Franklin, KY, Brenda Lockhart of Franklin, KY, Marilyn Strong of Terre Haute, IN and Darnell Mason of Franklin, KY..
