He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles B. Laney and Betty Jean Graves Cline; and his stepparents, Pete Cline and Mildred Laney. He is survived by: his sisters, Malinda Jones (Howard) of Bowling Green, KY, Susan Biggs (Russell) of Danville, KY and Betsy Raby (Steve) of Franklin, KY; his nieces and nephews, Matthew Jones, Dalton Scott, Sarah Biggs, Rebekah Biggs, Carrie Bowman and Hanna Renick; and his friend Linda Laney.
