He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Johnson and Golden Johnson (Downey); and his sisters, Lorene Johnson Powers and Kathleen Johnson Holman. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Johnson (Armistead); his children, Lydia Johnson Latham and Frank Alan Johnson; his daughter-in-law Amy Munafo Johnson of Franklin; his grandsons, Noah Latham of Huntsville, AL, Alan and Carter Johnson of Franklin; his niece Brenda Holman Wright of Franklin; and his nephew Rick Holman of Maryland.
