He is survived by: his children, Andrea Rebecca Johnson of Franklin, Glen Blain of Franklin and Joseph Matlock of Portland; his siblings, Mike Steen, Cheri Randolph, Bill Steen, Brian Johnson and Paul Johnson; and his grandchildren, Maleah Graham, Lucas Matlock, Morgan Matlock and Reece Matlock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
