She is survived by: her children, Roger Carver (Cathy) of Franklin, KY, Mark Workman (Kim) of Franklin, KY, Craig Workman (Angie) of Franklin, KY and Karen Ford (Dean) of Oakland, KY. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchildren.
