He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Church Penn and Carroll Quincy Cleveland Penn; and his brother Lee Carroll Penn. He is survived by: his wife Glenda Marie Anderson Penn; and his brother Jesse Church Penn, Jr. (Donna). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
