She is survived by: her daughters, Eugenia Warner of Mercer County and Sandy Warner of Lawrenceburg, KY; her stepson Matthew Warner of Fayette County; her grandchildren, Starla Vaughn of Mercer County, Timmy Warner (Anna) of Springfield, KY, Aimee Morgan of Woodford County and Alexis Dean of Mercer County; her great grandchildren, Jaxon, Jace, James, Iris, Jayson, Chamberlina, Giana and Trinidy; and her siblings, Wayne Shewmaker (Joyce) of Mercer County, Tish Blacketer of Mercer County and Allen Lewis (Kathy) of Woodford County.
