He is survived by: his children, Troy Baldridge of Louisville, Lynette Huff (Jacob) of Louisville, Karly Baize of Bardstown and Jordan Baize of Lebanon; and his siblings, Junior Baize of Louisville and Pam Taylor of Louisville. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
