With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Winters of Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on March 22, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Shirley may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers are welcome and expressions of sympathy may be made in Shirley's memory to Forks of Elkhorn Baptist Church.
