She was predeceased by: her son William Bradley Middleton. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Jane Willard and William C. Middleton; her nieces and nephews, Rhonda Willard, Janet Cummins, Steve Willard, Randall Willard, Kyle Willard, William "Butch" Middleton and Mark Middleton; and her pets, Blue and Freddie.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are requested to the Franklin County Humane Society.
