Payton (Frankfort, Kentucky), born in Hartford, Kentucky, who passed away on September 15, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Payton of Owensboro and Evelyn Payton of Owensboro; and his wife Kizzie Payton. He is survived by: his sons, Andrew Ross Payton (Alison) of Los Angeles and Randy Cantrell (Holly) of Oak Ridge; and his granddaughters, Courtney Cantrell, Jahnney Cantrell, Jourdan Cantrell and Hayden Cantrell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
