He was predeceased by: his son Rolando Panguio Jr.; and his brothers, Arnel, Eduardo and Danilo Panguio. He is survived by: his wife Carmen; his children, Rowena Duff and Rully Panguio; and his grandchildren, Dave, Ian, Chase, Miles and Vincent.
