He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Billingslea, Josh Tate, Brittany Reyes (Brandon), Matthew Burns and Megan Stumph (Cody); his siblings, Jeff Tate, Mike Tate, Tony Hawkins, Kimberly Hawkins and Clara Harrod; and his grandchildren, Briana, Josh, Nick, Braydon, Ethan, Maleah, Zach, Lily, Carrson, Tyler and Cameron. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
