He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Gordon Gardner and Frances Arlene Mattox Gardner; and his daughter Sarah Jane Gardner. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Jones Gardner; his children, Francesca Gardner Blankenship (Ryan Oakman) and Jeremy Steven Gardner (Dana); his sisters, Vicky Ficker (Klaus) and Pamela Tate (David); and his grandchildren, Jenicka, Jessenya and Kylen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
