It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Robert Elledy Gable of Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on November 29, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Robert Elledy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Robert Elledy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Emily Brinton Thompson. He is survived by: his children, James (Lisa Guillermin), Elizabeth Gable Hicks and John (Virginia Harris); and his grandchildren, Helen-Anne and Robert "Bo" Gable.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Ascension (311 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601).
