He is survived by: his daughters, Dena McGuire (Brian) of Pleasureville, KY and Wendy Crowe (Matt) of Turners Station, KY.; and his grandchildren, Tosha Shouse, Morgan Lentini, Taylor Wilson, Mason McGuire and Ryan Wilson. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
