He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Trina Faye Bowen Bush of Frankfort; his children, Ebony Bush (Leon, Sr.) of San Diego, CA and Jason Zackery of San Antonio, TX; his grandchildren, Kahrell of San Diego, CA, Leighanna of San Diego, CA and Leon Bush, Jr. of San Diego, CA; his siblings, Charlotte Jackson, Alice Samuels, Debhra Cotton, Jackie Stone, Robert F. Bush, Jr. of Louisville and Ronald Bush of Louisville; and his cousin Burnette Thurman. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
