She was predeceased by: her parents, Davis M. Shepard and Gladys Margaret Smith Shepard; and her husband William Clarence Smith. She is survived by: her children, Lynda C. Cunningham (Jamey) and Keith E. Smith; and her grandchildren, Travis Rarden, Courtney Randolph, Jennifer Smith, Lindsey Behee, Laura Ramsey and Ryan Cunningham. She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren; and various nieces and nephews.
