He was predeceased by: his wife Rachel Headen Peak; his parents, Silas Lindsey Peak and Bertha Grugin Peak; his son-in-law Craig Jenkins; his great grandchild Paxtyn Rae Edgington; and his siblings, Virginia Moak, Cindy Ingles, Christine Sneed and Everett Elder.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Peak (Patsy) of Lawrenceburg, Becky Jenkins of Lawrenceburg and Barbie Young (Berry) of Lawrenceburg; his grandchildren, Jeremy Jenkins (Melanie), Lindsey Brown, Ashley Edgington, Logan Young (Katie), Kelsey Richardson (Patrick) and Brooke Gunnels (Joey); and his sisters, Nellie Peak and Faye Wainscott (Dennis).
