He was predeceased by: his mother Brenda S. Herron; and his close friend Michael L. Fayson. He is survived by: his father Chester Herron; his brothers, Lavar J. Herron and Major S. D. Herron; his nieces and nephews, Kierstyn E. Daut, Tiana M. Herron, Lacee M. Herron, LJ Herron, III, Destiny Herron and Akasha R. Herron; his godchildren, Maliyah Fayson, Mikylie Fayson and Malachi Fayson; and his close friends, Tommy Lampkin and Ivan Rodriguez.
