It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy Ann Lukacsko of Frankfort, Kentucky, born in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 29, 2024, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Dennis Patrick O'Reilly; and her siblings, Patrick O'Reilly, Mike O'Reilly, Tim O'Reilly and Colleen O'Reilly.

She is survived by: her husband James F. Lukacsko; her mother JoAnn Marie Hosley O'Reilly; her siblings, Nathan Lukacsko (Rachel) of Georgetown, Brandon Lukacsko (Katie) of Charleston, SC and Leslie Dunigan (William) of Frankfort; her grandchildren, Pilot Lukacsko, Harper Lukacsko, Djuna Sonnett, Jane Lukacsko, Ethan Dunigan and Taylor Dunigan; and her sisters, Kathy Kubichek (Randy) and Erin Fifield (Patrick) of Lexington, KY. She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.
