He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Tincher, and Wilbur A. Tincher, Sr.; and his brothers, Wilbur A. Tincher, Jr. (Virginia) and Donald Tincher (Linda). He is survived by: his wife Georgina Conway Tincher (Gina); his daughters, Rebecca George and Laurie Meyer (Brad); his brother-in-law Roger Conway; his grandsons, John Meyer (Mandy), Barrett Meyer (Kate) and Eric Meyer (Morgan); his great grandchildren, Roman, Larry, Campbell and Max Meyer; and his pet Jaime. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
