It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Noel Wise of Frankfort, Kentucky, who passed away on December 21, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Wise and Lorena Hukill Wise. He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Richard Hanly (Sara), Vickie Moore (Wayne) and Roseanne Wise; his grandchildren, Micah and Zella Jones; his daughters, Stacey Otero (Mike) and Dana Hicks (Chris); and his great grandchildren, Caty, Emily Otero, Kayla and Zach Hicks.
