He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul R. Van Leuven and Irma E. Van Leuven; his wife Becky Van Leuven; and his sister Sharon K. Van Leuven. He is survived by: his son Christopher Van Leuven (Ava); his brother David P. Van Leuven; and his granddaughter Michaela Rebecca Van Leuven.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
