She is survived by: her children, Carl Wayne Sayre (Theresa), Midway Workman and Sherry Kay Workman; her brother Gilbert Sayre Jr. (Evelyn); her grandchildren, Deana Kay Evans (Daniel Shea) and Brittany Lee Evans (Jacob Adams); and her great grandchildren, Kolton Allen Adams, Xander Kade Adams, Oaklee May Adams and Donovan Taylor Shea.
