He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lee Moore and Loretta Joyce Eastman Hawkins; his siblings, Robert Moore and Mary Margaret Hawkins; and his stepfather David Hawkins.
He is survived by: his wife Tonya D. Moore; his children, Craig Turner, Quentin Moore, Darius Compton, Bethany Moore, Denisha Black and Kala Cooke; and his siblings, Robin Dean, Angela Hall, Tammy Cobb, Shirley Walters and Kandee Terrell. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Franklin County Humane Society.
