She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen England and Vernie Lee England; and her siblings, Leonard and Faye. She is survived by: her husband Fred Troutman; her children, Lisa Troutman, Jennifer Mullins (John) and Greg Troutman (Cori); her grandchildren, Abigail McGaughey, Leah McGaughey, Rachel Taylor (Myles), Stuart Mullins (Michelle) and Brad Mullins (Amy); her great grandchildren, Myles Taylor, Brayden Taylor, Kirsten Mullins and Audra Mullins; and her sisters, Carol Roach (James), Martha Leach and Johnnietta Jessie. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and great-great-nieces and nephews.
