He was predeceased by: his parents, Neville Delveaux Goins and Flora Peyton Goins; and his brother Jack. He is survived by: his wife Janis Samples Goins; his children, Mike Goins (Lisa) and Kathy Martin (Wayne); his grandchildren, Mandy Moore (Sean), Matthew Martin (Sarah), Jennifer Howard (Justin) and Michael Martin (Alyshia); his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Luke Howard and Mary Katherine Martin; and his sisters, Suzanne Crutchfield and Linda Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
