It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Quarles (Frankfort, Kentucky), who passed away on June 29, 2018, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Wilda May Phipps, Charles Edward Phipps, Alma Lee Martin and Billy Ray Phipps. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Church Quarles, Sr.; her children, Thomas Church Quarles, Jr., David Allen Quarles (Kyra), Jeffrey Charles Quarles and William Scott Quarles (Laura); her siblings, Anna Ruth Howd, Ella Faye Snead, Bonnie Jean Trammel and Brenda Jo Hamilton; and her grandchildren, Rebecca Roberts, Matthew Quarles, John Brooks Quarles, Bennett Quarles, Rhett Quarles and Virginia Quarles.
