He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Francis Eads and Ethel Blankenship Eads; and his children, John Eads, Robert Eads and Laura Eads.
He is survived by: his wife Myfanwy Monica Ingram Eads; and his children, Lorenzo Dow Eads, Jr. and Carolyn Susan Eads (Diana Elizabeth Eads). He is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
