He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen Francis Eads and Ethel Blankenship Eads; and his children, John Eads, Robert Eads and Laura Eads.
He is survived by: his wife Myfanwy Monica Ingram Eads; and his children, Lorenzo Dow Eads, Jr. and Carolyn Susan Eads (Diana Elizabeth Eads). He is also survived by three grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Harrod Brothers Funeral Home (312 Washington St, Frankfort, KY 40601). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to Gap Ministry at First United Methodist Church, Frankfort.
