He is survived by: his parents, Tina Rene Wainscott Stephens and Anthony Dwayne Stephens; his son Kason Isaac Stephens; his girlfriend Brianna Watson; his siblings, Dylan Stephens and Lindsey Stephens; and his grandmother Linda Wainscott.
