She is survived by: her children, Christie Wise of Frankfort, KY, James Caldwell of Jeffersonville, IN, David Caldwell (Trazanna) of Carrsville, VA and Dennis Hammond (Luke McCoy) of Frankfort, KY; and her sisters, DeeDee (James) and Donna Kay Gaines of Georgetown, KY. She is also survived by six grandchildren, one great grandchild.
