He is survived by: his niece Donna Howard (Buddy); his nephews, Rick Johnson (Susan) of Frankfort, KY and Glenn Johnson (Dede) of Frankfort, KY; and his sister-in-law Bernice Johnson of Frankfort, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
