He is survived by: his wife Dixie Ann Hazelwood; his mother Mary Vell Presley Hazelwood; his children, Michele Hazelwood and Larry Allen Hazelwood II (Katie); his brother Rick Hazelwood; and his grandchildren, Ashley Marie Dixon, Cole Aaron Dixon, Tyler, Tristyn, Grant Lacy and Mya Hazelwood. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
