Kenneth Wingate Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Wingate (Frankfort, Kentucky), who passed away on December 6, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Kenneth may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kenneth touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lida Elizabeth Durell and Bruce Harold Wingate. He is survived by: his wife Jane Parker Wingate; his children, Alicia Christine Wingate and Craig Allen Wingate; his stepchildren, Allison Paige Federspiel and Jeffery Douglas Edwards; his grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Wingate and Wren Allyn Carter; and his stepgrandchildren, Mackenzie Lee Federspiel and Haley Catherine Federspiel.
