We are sad to announce that on September 18, 2023, at the age of 83, Julia Ann Lee of Frankfort, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Everette Rhodes and Lillian Clendennen Rhodes. She is survived by: her children, Philip Lee of Frankfort, Thomas Lee of Georgetown, Debra Faris (Joe Morse) of Frankfort and Joy Chappel (Ron) of Morehead; her brother William "Pete" Rhodes; her grandchildren, Aaron, Bradley Faris, Christopher, Patrick Chappel, Philip Lee II, Joshua David Pippins of Georgia and Dawn Lee; and her great grandchildren, Adelynn and Joshua Chappel.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations to be made to your own personal favorite charity.
