It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judy Ann Willard (Frankfort, Kentucky), born in Frenchburg, Kentucky, who passed away on August 14, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Johnson and Kathleen Conway Johnson; and her brothers, Donald Estes, Ronald Estes, Randy Estes and James Estes.
She is survived by: her husband Stephen S. Willard; her children, Stephanie Hager (Tim), Stephe Willard (Lisa) and Rebecca Anglin (Tony); her siblings, Shirley Jones (Charles), Violet Huff, Tina Fisher (Rick), Kim Pruitt (Allen), Yvonne Marshall (Allen) and Dorothy Lamb; and her grandchildren, Lauren, Hope, Thomas, Ashley, Addim, Takoda, Madison and Maci. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren.
