He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Leslie Carlisle and Elizabeth Bray Pyles; and his brother Daniel Bray Pyles (Sherry). He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his children, Sandra Gardner (Travis), Robert Scott Pyles and Laura Pyles (Drew Mindell); his grandchildren, Tyler, Shelby, Erin, Sam, Aubrey, Dominik and Zakk; and his siblings, James Leslie Pyles, Dianna Lynn Morrison (Dennis), Robert David Pyles, Sarah Jo Jeffries (Dale) and Tim.
