Johnnie was predeceased by: parent Raymond "Bill" Caldwell. Johnnie is survived by: parent Leona Caldwell Hutton (Brammel); children, Kathy Spencer, Christy Wise, David Caldwell and Jamie Caldwell; and brothers, Vernon Caldwell (Rubye), Roy Caldwell (Jan) and Ray Caldwell (Jean) of Lawrenceburg.
