He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Cancio Soto and Rogela Perez. He is survived by: his children, Michael John Soto, Richard Soto (Jean) of Mountaintop, PA, Katerina Peck (Robert) of Mount Arlington, NJ and Lydia Seiferheld of Whitehall, PA; his grandchildren, Kyle, Tyler, Jennifer, Valerie, Kymani, Javon and Kennon; and his great grandchildren, Oliver and Natalie.
