In the sacred silence of farewell, Jeannetta Wright is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Wright and Edith Smith Wright; her husband Melvin P. Sacre; and her sisters, Ruth Gowin and Alma Wright.
She is survived by: her children, Ann Whitney Holder (Jerry) of Sarasota, Scott R. Sacre (Kelly) of Louisville and Jeff T. Sacre (Teresa) of Lawrenceburg; and her sister Freda Tackett of Frankfort. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (3250 Versailles Rd, Frankfort, KY 40601). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are suggested to the Paul Sawyier Public Library, 319 Wapping Street, Frankfort, Ky 40601.
